Updating data in mysql

In this tutorial create 3 files
1. list_records.php
2. update.php
3. update_ac.php

Step
1. Create table "test_mysql" in database "test"
2. Create file list_records.php
3. Create file update.php
4. Create file update_ac.php

Set up database
